Hi, I’m Yaritza Rodriguez. Originally from Mexico, I’ve called Belize home for over 22 years and have been helping clients buy and sell property for the past five years.

Before real estate, I spent nine years working in the construction industry, which gave me valuable knowledge about properties beyond what most people see on the surface. Today, I work with local and international buyers across Belize, helping them find homes, investment properties, businesses, and land that fit their goals.

I believe real estate is about more than just closing a deal. My goal is to make sure my clients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely happy with the decisions they make. I value honesty, loyalty, and building long-term relationships based on trust.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, playing volleyball, fishing, or enjoying Belize’s amazing waters and outdoor lifestyle. I look forward to helping you find your place in Belize.
