Aruna Resort is the newest upscale eco-friendly canal resort on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye. Located on the serene shores of the Ambergris Bay in Costa del Sol, this luxury eco community combines the best of the Caribbean’s tropical climate with environmentally conscious luxury-designed homes.
The Cakora cottage feature a kitchen, living space, loft styled bedroom and 1 bathroom with private patio. Designed with nature in mind, Aruna homes feature locally sourced Belizean hardwoods and are perfectly complimented by high-end finishes to give you a luxury feel.
Current amenities include a community infinity pool, pool bar, rooftop viewing deck, and high-end Caribbean restaurant, Akasha. Additional amenities will include an array of commercial shops and kiosks, outdoor gym, a pickleball court and a playground.
Aruna Resort is a quick 5-minute boat ride from the heart of San Pedro town and will offer complimentary water shuttles to and from town. Owners wanting a bit of adventure can also enjoy a quick 15-minute, scenic golfcart ride to Secret Beach or enjoy a host of marine activities including snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking or fly fishing in the surrounding flats.
These homes are built on demand. There is an additional comprehensive furniture package available. A private plunge pool can be added as well as a rooftop veranda.
HOA is $300/month and seller financing is available.
