Description
The Turneffe Atoll, which is 20 miles from Belize City and southeast of Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker, is thought to be the largest coral atoll in Belize and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef system.
The three acres of pristine, undeveloped land in Belize are located alongside Tarpon Creek on the western side of the islands, and in addition to mangrove trees, the area is also home to many coconut trees. This property boasts a gorgeous beach with views of the Caribbean Sea. Turneffe Atoll is Belize’s most significant coral atoll. Some of the best sport fishing locations in this region are known to have emerald and gorgeous blue waters!
Turneffe is home to a variety of fish species as well as turtles, dolphins, seabirds, manatees, and dolphins. Due to the presence of Turneffe Island Resort and Blackbird Caye Resort, two additional well-known resorts, the land has the potential to be developed into a resort.
